Have reviewed the supplied business card and brochure samples, and have chosen the version that I would like to use. I understand that 1000 Brochures and 1000 Business Cards will be supplied per my contract. Business Cards may be split ONCE (i.e. for 2 separate people) with no additional charge. If Business Cards are needed for more than two people, each additional split will have a nominal surcharge, and will need to be processed by our sales team.
